• Target Job Descriptions: Text from job postings you paste or upload to generate tailored ATS scores and interview questions.
• Interview Interactions: Voice audio input (processed in real-time for speech-to-text), transcribed answers, and code submissions in the interactive IDE.
• Billing Data: Transaction references, purchased credits, and order status. All payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay; we never store your full credit/debit card details or banking PINs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data & AI Processing Policy

Your information is used strictly to power the core functionalities of the HireCoach platform:

• Calculating ATS keyword match scores and generating structural optimization suggestions.
• Dynamically formulating tailored technical, behavioral, and domain-specific mock interview questions.
• Evaluating interview responses for clarity, technical depth, and concise professional structure.
• Delivering credit top-ups, transaction confirmations, and customer support.

3. Security & Data Protection Standards

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

• Transport Layer Security: All web traffic and API calls are enforced with TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS).
• Encrypted Storage: Resumes and user profiles are stored in secure cloud databases (Google Cloud / Firebase) protected by strict per-user authorization rules.
• Temporary In-Memory Processing: Uploaded resume files are parsed in memory and are not retained as permanent raw binaries once extraction completes.

4. User Rights, Data Control & Account Deletion

You retain absolute ownership over your career data. At any time, you have the right to:

• Access & Export: Export your optimized resumes as PDF or formatted text documents.
• Delete Documents: Delete any individual resume or mock interview session history directly from your dashboard with immediate effect.
• Complete Account Purge: Request full permanent deletion of your account and all associated records by contacting our privacy officer.

5. Cookies & Local Offline Storage

We utilize essential browser cookies and LocalStorage solely to maintain your authenticated login state, preserve your active editor drafts against accidental browser refreshes, and cache your user preferences. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.
